Lodging
Conference registrants who will be staying at the Hyatt Regency Monterey Resort must make reservations with the hotel prior to Tuesday, September 23, 2008. Registrants must register with the hotel separately. After September 23rd, the hotel will provide rooms based on Hotel prevailing rates based on availability.

Conference Registration Cancellation Policy

• Conference cancellations received on or before October 2 will be fully refunded.
• Conference cancellations received between October 2 and October 10 will be refunded at 60% of the total payment.
• Conference cancellations received after October 10 will not receive a refund.
