RESERVATIONS
Hotel reservations must be made individually through the Hotel’s Reservation Department by calling (831) 372-1234 or (800) 233-1234. Please mention the Western Regional P2 Network when making your reservation.
The “cut-off-date” for the pre-negotiated rate is Tuesday, September 23, 2008. After September 23rd, the hotel will provide rooms based on the Hotel prevailing rates and based on availability. 
Room cancellations received at least 48 hours prior to arrival date will be fully refunded by the Hotel.
